"We stayed in one of their comfort rooms which seemed to recently been renovated. It gave a very fresh and clean appearance in comparison to other hotels in Sardinia that we stayed at. Helpful staff. "NOT oceanfront, NOT soundproof at all. You hear everything from the hallways and everything from the street surrounding you- including the road construction directly beside the building each morning around 8 a.m., you need to book your parking in advance of your arrival which no one advised us of even when checking in (spots are VERY small), our room was missing a shower door and had a strange continuous leak in the corner in the bathroom, you can't ask for anything same day- we asked for the beach towel and lounger rental and were told we would have to come back the next morning and ask (we just bought our own). Bed was super lumpy and not comfortable. Overall not a great experience- staff isn't helpful, building isn't well maintained and it's definitely not soundproof or waterfront like the description states."
