"Close to mall of Asia. Room service and the breakfast is great"

"the room is nice but the air-con is very loud and noisy ... always have to ask for towels ... staffs are very politely and friendly , breakfast are good... the place is very near to mall ... esp. mall of asia !!!"

"It was ok but would choose another hotel , rooms are to crammed"

"Everything is perfect"

"good environment."

"Room was good and typical of the Copacabana. There are only a few complaints about the place everytime I come here. The WiFi is weak and inconsistent. I get better connection with cellular any day of the week compared to their WiFi. Their breakfast is fine. The stove is okay, but is really slow with heating up and the cooking pan is bent in the middle from heat warping damage so the pan cooks unevenly. The AC needed to be cleaned, but after it was cleaned, it worked as intended. Water pressure...

"Place was clean but the staff not helping."

"Excellent"

"Love the place it was close at MOA and airport and lots of shopping and food places to eat definitely coming back"

"Excellent place to stay"

"The staff are not very friendly and they are very strict. Also the place is terrible in traffic and not so close to the airport. I don’t think the place are safety since I saw lots of street beggars at the front door of the hotel. Avoid this hotel because they only allowed 1 hours for visitors and after an hour they will charged you 500 pesos and if you don’t pay they keep calling you every 5 mins. It’s harassing you with the non stop phone call."

"Staff were helpful. Also they let us change our room that smelled like smoke."

"It was not in the best area of the city, but it was super convenient as far as shopping and food and getting things done that I needed to do. Especially being a solo travel and only stopping through Manila for a couple days on my way to Siargao. The staff was great. It was clean. I arrived in the middle of the night and they were very friendly and accommodating."

"The areas is poor but the hotel is ok"

"Price is reasonable compare to the price. Room is dirty and have cockroach."
