"Exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. The mall is right next door, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Food and coffee were available right downstairs. Valet parking was convenient, but a bit expensive. I would love to have the option of free parking. However, the valet parking attendants were very nice."

"My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. We had to switch rooms 3 times first room no AC, second room TV wasn’t functioning, third room finally fully functioning but still just like the other rooms…. Very dusty and there were ants…staff is great but hotel owners and higher up management really need to either hire more people or change the way they’re doing things."

"Howard Johnson Wyndham Pasadena was a great place to stay. Although the property is dated, it was clean and felt safe. The location was excellent! Freeway access was easy and there were enough dining options around the property. The only problem we encountered was the lack of enough handicap parking stalls. "I originally booked the Greentree Pasadena Inn in November 2025 for June 2026 graduation because it looked cute, had free parking, grab-n-go breakfast, and a pool. Unfortunately, we arrived after 11pm from a late evening flight and the pool was completely torn up, piles of rubble all around the parking lot, and only a sketchy underground parking garage available. "This place was organized appeared clean but there was hair in the bathroom the baseboards and walls were nasty in the bathroom also. The washing machine was out of order Shower was not very clean looking. Hopefully I won't have to stay there again. It was over priced no breakfast."

"1) shower door design is not good. Only cover shower part, and no cover on the other part. Shower head is fantastic, large like under rain. And the handle on the other part. So the water sprayed out make the floor wet. Bath rug was not absorbing enough for that amount of water. 2) i like dimming lights, luxury toilet bowl-sink-mirror with light button on it, rain shower head. 3) the hanger rod’s paint peeled off all on surface. 4) metal next to toilet bowl was dettached from wall, showing rust...

"Hotel Managers Kind people. I always feel safe here. Well lit, clean and safe. Great value, great location. Good parking. Just a slight request, it would be great if you would spray just a bit less of the air freshener. That being said, glad you are even adding air freshener.
