"Exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. The mall is right next door, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. "I've stayed at the Sakura Inn on multiple occasions. It is centrally located to downtown Los Angeles, and cities in the San Gabriel Valley and San Fernando Valley. The current owners seem indifferent to basic guestroom maintenance. To be specific, I took photos of a loose faucet and a broken door seal, and showed them to the innkeeper.
