Beautiful spot right on the lake, nice size room with comfortable bed and delicious breakfast! Only downside was washrooms need updating and trains running all night!

We stayed here for one night while attending a wedding!! The resort was so nice! Rooms were updated and clean with a beautiful view of Otter Lake! All rooms it seems have a lake view! Nice beach with kayaks/canoes! Food was very good in restaurant, staff friendly and helpful! Buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied! Great location, not far from Hwy!

We absolutely loved it here! We were supposed to go to Bobcaygeon for a night but decided to extend our stay at the Grand Tappattoo. Heather in reception was lovely. Greeted with two bottles of water and homemade cookies. The beach is beautiful and loved being able to use the kayak whenever we felt like it. The restaurant had gluten free pizza and the included breakfast was top notch. We’ll definitely be back and stay for longer!

I was extremely extremely happy with my stay at The Grand Tappattoo Resort. Staff was amazing and helpful 24/7. The food so delicious. The room big, clean, and so cozy. The view of the lake was spectacular with all the beautiful colors of fall. Had a campfire and the trillion stars in the sky was overwhelming beautiful. There was so much more to do - pool, kayaks, canoes etc Definitely coming again. Like their saying says “Where Traditions Start” - now our tradition is to come every year - see you next year!!!!

The staff was wonderful. The beach was great with lots of loungers and umbrellas. Great food and the rooms were beautiful with balconies overlooking the lake. A fantastic getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed the canoeing and bonfire. The place is clean and maintained properly. The resort staff are very friendly. It's also near the Towerhill and West Parry sound district museum. Hope the amenities will get a chance for an upgrade.

Beautiful Location. Spacious Room. Good Mattress. Good Water Pressure . Good Breakfast. Wifi was extremely slow. Would not recommed dinner at their Restaurant. The Scnitzel and Chicken Parm that we ordered were chewy and did not feel fresh. A frozen entre from the Grocery store would be better. The lake view from the restaurant is the only positive. In room TV channels had hadly any movie/family channels. Too many sports and news channels.

Beautiful resort. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax. Food was delicious, with generous portions and plenty of variety, and a wholesome buffet style breakfast was perfect. complimentary access to kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards is a bonus. Beach is clean with plenty of lounge chairs.

Overall, our stay was very good. The buffet breakfast was well appointed, and the view from the dining room was very calming, looking out over the water. The room was large, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and roomy (king size). Water craft were available, but it was cool so we didn't partake. The only downside was at dinner. Some of the menu options were unavailable, but we were not told until after we ordered. In addition, we eat supper between 5 and 5:30; some menu options were not yet cooked yet, or were still in the process of being prepared. This caused us to wait an hour for our evening meal one night.

The view from the room was a great lake view. The complimentaey breakfast was good, the dinner menu had variety the food was good.. It was evident that they were shortstaffed which was visible with the staff. They were polite but certainly not engaging or looking happy. there were canoes, a few paddle boards two rafts in the water.
