"Clean room and great shower"

"Property seemed a tad dingy, scuffs on the walls, shower curtain was damaged. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of hot foods, waffle station, cereals and yogurt, fruit and pastries. My husband thought the coffee was excellent. Very interesting design with the rooms looking down into the lobby/reception area. Cute display of decorated pumpkins"

"Clean rooms, staff was great, didn't get to partake in the breakfast. Best part was the shuttle that takes you to the airport all hours of the night."

"The staff was extremely courteous and helpful during our overnight stay prior to flying out of Cleveland Hopkins. Will definitely stay there again."

"Clean and great breakfast"

"If you find something else, just go directly there, whatever they showing online is not true, it much worse ."

"The only complaint I had was that my sink faucet was extremely loose. Someone probably needs to go in there and replace it or tighten it down."

"I will NEVER USE EXPEDIA"

"A small issue with amenities in the room but the property went above and beyond to make it right"

"Great Location! Staff was super nice! Rooms are super big and comfy…. The only thing is on Sunday I had to wait 20 min to drop the car at the valet parking"

"I like how the had a fire pit outside with seating to enjoy outdoors, and all the amenities were right within reason"

"Great stay for the Cleveland clinic"
