Though the hotel rooms could use a little refreshing with paint touch up, etc., it was a nice place to stay. The hotel is proximate to the train station and walkable to the historic center. The room was spacious, but it did smell a little musty and the room locations were a bit bewildering. However, the staff was friendly, the lobby and seating areas were very nice and the hotel is in a quiet location but convenient to everything. We'd definitely stay again.

I understand why this hotel has the received top ratings. My room was large, very clean and soundproof. They provide you with robes and slippers. I love how they also give you 2 vanity kits and provide hand soap, shower gel and hair conditioner. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal. The only criticism I have is that the view out of my room was not very nice but again I did not sit outside since it was too hot. I would recommend replacing the outdoor chairs on my balcony as they looked dirty and weathered. The hotel is perfectly located close to the train station and all of the venues that most people visit. Plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Parma.

I cannot say enough about this property the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in the Parma area.

The room was tidy and small, but perfect for our two night stay. The location was a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the downtown area and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice, but the coffee maker only made one coffee at a time, and one of the two machines were not working, this made for a long wait for coffee.

A very pleasant option for Parma

A very pleasant hotel, conveniently located but quiet and calm. Room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was continental but had a good variety. Minor annoyances were slamming doors in the morning and the overall temperature being quite hot, but these do not detract from a very comfortable stay overall.
