"The hotel was beautiful inside and out . My son plays baseball at creekside and this by far was the most genius idea of building this hotel . I wish there were more like these Breakfast was good with lots of good choices . Laundry facilities were clean and not just one washer and dryer there were several ..Hotel Staff was polite and curtous "

"The property itself was nice. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast options. I did struggle to get ahold of the hotel directly when I tried calling to let them know I would be a late arrival. I was directed to a call center and they struggled to locate my reservation. I was on the phone for 30 minutes with little communication from the person I was talking to which was frustrating. That aside, I would stay here again. "

"It was clean however seems like an older hotel that has been slightly updated. Customer service was pretty good. "

"We actually booked this specifically because of the water park. It definitely worked out exactly as planned. There was a perfect amount of fun for our 3 and 6 yr. old. Being 23 minutes from Union Station wasn't our favorite part, but it was easy to find and isn't in a super busy area which is nice."
