"the check in was good , helpful staff . room was clean and tidy. bed was super comphy
breakfast buffet was great as always. only real complaint as last time i was there , parking lot is crammy if you get a spot at all . said i could park across the street on a seperate lot if it was full. don't like to leave in the evening as might not get a spot when you come back. don't like the idea about parking across the street. maybe iam being to picky?"

"Well maintained. Only complaint is that the hotel runs a late night dance club. If you’re unlucky enough to have a hotel room anywhere near the night club you will hear the music until 130am. I believe it runs Friday and Saturday as this wasn’t the case on the Sunday night. We were 6 stories above the nightclub and could still hear our room vibrating to the music!"

"Arrived to a hotel with no hot water, a gas line had broken earlier in the day, which isn’t the properties fault, but there was no communication, nor any offer of cancelling my reservation without penalty to book at a different property. Found grapes and crackers inside the room, and “room service” trays were in hallways for several hours.
Stayed in the family suite, where there is no HVAC for the 2nd room, you get what you get. Had to keep the “parents” side at 60f just to get the other side...
