"All was good except the bed. (Personal preference) was too soft. Didn’t sleep well. Prefer harder bed."

"Love staying at Hotel Zed."

"Amazing staff, nice room and view from the rooftop hot tub was amazing."

"Great hotel in kelowna."

"The room was clean and quiet. Very spacious for 2 people. Breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of items."

"Upon arrival, the toilet paper roll was empty, dirt had been pushed into the corners of the room, and there were no face cloths. The blankets were very thin, the walls were thin, the bed was uncomfortable, and the towels and bedding had stains. Overall, it's a nice property in a convenient location, but not a comfortable place to sleep after a long drive."

"Room is large a lot of space"

"Great value! Large, clean well equipped room. Good breakfast and the pool and hot tub were both better than expected. Will definitely stay there again."

"Great stay in Kelowna for the ISU figure skating event with my daughter! Hotel was excellent- room was very nice and clean and stocked with Nespresso which was a nice touch. Gym is good. Pool / hot tub looked good too but didn’t try. Restaurant is excellent (breakfast and dinner were great). Above all - the staff made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Kelowna and want to be in walking distance of downtown"

"We requested and received a room that had parking close by, and was near the restaurant, and received that. Everything was good, except that the curtains in the room were tattered and torn. The shower curtain had 2 rips in it, and caused water.to leak onto the bathroom floor. The shear.curtain on the window was old and badly torn, as well."

"Check in staff was fantastic"
