"We were very disappointed with the mattress and the creaky murphy bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and every time we moved the bed frame creaked. we spoke with the gal at the front desk and was told that is probably because it was a murphy bed. One elevator was out of commission for maintenance when we arrived and the other went down during our stay so stairs were the only option. with one elevator the wait times were often very long and many guests found it difficult to climb stairs when the other went down. overall, very average experience and a bit of a dissappointment."
