"Very clean, attentive housekeeping staff, location is blocks away from the beach, restaurants & other neighborhood conveniences; I was mostly on foot for my trip but there’s street parking available, however parking is only free after 6pm until 6am in the area. The Property Rep, Maggy was a pleasure to deal with also, Highly recommended! "

"72 Park saved our holiday experience!! After checking in at another property with our family we immediately knew something was wrong. I quickly started seeking out other options for us while visiting Miami and booked this property same day (lucky!) thank goodness. The staff were absolutely lovely, smiling and accommodating. The location was excellent, just a few minute walk to the beach and amenities. The pool area was beautiful, the (adult) kids loved the gym as well. Our unit was equipped, clean, bright and the balcony was perfect with big open ocean views and seating. The Italian and Mexican restaurant just 150 metres from this location were exceptional and we enjoyed our last meal there!! Overall 10/10 and it put a smile on everyone's face all week being in this accommodation. 72 Park, you made the trip for us something we didn't expect and more. Thank you "

"The hotel had a great location. You had a beautiful pool and the beach right there. You received two chaise lounges and an umbrella for your day at the beach. We had a regular room. It was fine . Comfortable bed. The hotel is very old and in need of refurbishing, but we enjoyed our time. The breakfast is very basic, the lunch and dinner prices are very affordable. We would stay there again but we'd try a balcony room."
