"Partial oceanview was more of the black roof right below, bathroom was quite small"

"Room was tidy but not clean. The passcode-locked door to the room didn't function well and the bathroom door didn't close due to the humidity in the room. The humidity was so high in the room that the walls were constantly sweating, despite the non-humid conditions outside. The ceiling fan didn't work - when the switch was turned on, nothing happened. The bathroom had been updated, but the painting was incomplete. There were two bottles of water provided."

"What a special, intimate and quiet find in a city known for partying and high rises. We loved our stay at Maison Felix. All of the staff were top notch and super helpful and friendly. Pool area is super relaxing and having chairs on the beach is a huge plus. The hotel is very new and still working out a few hitches like the automatic lights in the bathroom being on a very short timer and the sound proofing from the halls was not great. Overall, everything else made up for these small things, would recommend!"

"Overall, we had a good stay. There weren’t many workers on site after hours, but the host was very quick and responsive whenever we needed anything, which we appreciated. The room was very clean, although it did have a bit of a strange odor. It was bearable, so we didn’t bring it up, but I’m confident it would have been taken care of if we had. There weren’t really any amenities, but the location was great and made it convenient to get around. For the price and location, it was a solid stay."

"The property is in bad condition and the staff at the front desk didn't know what they were doing in regards to our 3 groups of couples checking in. The elevator is located up the stairs which defeats the purpose because you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to get to the elevator on the second floor. The elevator broke down the day we were leaving and we had to carry 10 pieces of luggage down the stairs from the 3rd floor."

"The floors and showers in my room were incredibly dirty. Dust and dirt in all the corners of the room. Housekeeping was basically non existent. I had to continually ask for new towels or my garbage removed. They were not able to provide any towels at any time. They wanted me to wait for them to do a load of laundry at 9pm just to get one new bath towel. No elevators or staff to help with bags. The phone numbers listed online do not work and they never once answer my texts or calls to the front desk. Upon checking out, there was no one onsite and no one at front desk to assist. Beds were a very hard memory foam so not very comfortable. “Suites” don’t include any kitchenette, only a fridge and microwave and one fork/knife. Had to borrow plates from a friends standard room that had a full kitchenette including plates, cups, and hot plate. Very loud through the walls you can hear everything. Would not recommend. "
