"Unit overall needs a thorough deep clean. Consider cleaning or replacing entry way rugs and area rug in living room. All light switches are quite dirty. Grout in kitchen and bathroom is very dirty, almost black. Consider repainting, reparing water damage on ceilings. Location is fantastic, generous size balcony and great gulf views."
