"Great to have been given an upgrade. Vending machine was not functioning and no snacks/drinks available which would have been nice. Breakfast very tasty and reasonably priced."

"The ac was not owning properly and the room ran ran all night even after maintenance checked. The room was cleaned once but barely cleaned - crumbs left on floor Coud not dial the front desk from the room phone And to pay for parking on top of the room charge is absurd. "

"When I travel to Oxford, this is always my go to hotel. The staff is so friendly. They are always willing to accommodate me with special request. The beds are extremely comfortable. And a plus is that they have a smart TV that has Netflix and HBO Max for those night owls like myself. 10 out of 10 will be staying here again."

"Dead bugs around the back of the bed and in the bath tub. Topper on one bed had cigarette burn holes. Could hear very easily through the walls to the next room. "
