Check in wss easy. Plenty to do near by. Off of the main road but fairly quiet. Only downside was no coffee pot in room however front office just a short walk and they some there.

DO NOT stay at this run down dump. Rated as 8.2 but 0.2 would bee generous. Obvious that management is faking the reviews. When we checked in a homeless person was being evicted. there was filth on the walls and floors dirty carpets and upholstery.

We stayed for one night to explore Oxford. Staff was polite. Security cameras and lights in parking lot were nice feature. Room was clean but unfortunately smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Because of the smell, we would not stay here again.

Somehwat clean. Friendly staff. Could use some updating. Internet misleading on outside premises. Pool closed and broken down pool furniture. Needs to be cleaned up majorly outside. Price was half of other chains, due to football game. 240 compared to 520 and up, some were 699....it was clean, new beds and pillows.Linens were fresh and clean. Bathrooms remodeled...smelled good...parking a little tight, but ball game. Kids next door had fun, loud until 1pm, but that's NCAA. Coffee. Juice. Cerels. Fruits in lobby. AC was cold. Good TV and channels....new small frig. Large room with office desk. Couch w/ Coffee table...

Room was sketchy, looked like a rent by the hour type room. Not clean. Air conditioning worked okay but not great. Pet friendly, but very limited area for dog to potty outside, no bags provided. Could hear through walls. Internet weak but sufficient at most times. Tricky spot to turn out of. Pretty convient location, but not really walkable.

Overall stay was good. Stayed 1 night room was decent and cleaned. Even sofa bed had a new sealed mattress on it for my kid to sleep on. The people we talked to at the front desk where nice and friendly. The night girl was also helpful when we talked to her. As it's said on other reviews the breakfast is lacking much of anything so don't expect nothing there really. That's about the only complaint we had to be honest. Would stay there again if available.

Smells of smoke

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are non smoking but they definitely had a smoke smell baked in the hot you in the face every time you walked through the door.
