"When we arrived the lock on the door didn’t work, took about an hour to resolve which was quick but meant we couldn’t leave to go and explore Naples. "Lovely hotel, clean, everything was fabulous, staff all fantastic, delicious breakfast, etc. The only downside were the loungers at the pool that don’t have the reclining legs rest part, so you can only tan the front of your body.. lying on your tummy is very uncomfortable as the lounger ends at your knees."

"While I did not have a mainly negative experience, I found there to be a couple of issues that impacted on my stay. The facilities from what I experienced would make the hotel more of a 3 star than 4, I found the interior to be a little tired. The lack of immediate easy public transport meant several long walks to the train station which is 30 min walk away including twice with luggage which was not fun in mid 20 degree weather.
Otherwise I found the staff to be helpful and there to be a good selection available for the breakfast and If you would like to be near the Napoli football stadium the location is pretty perfect "
