"Não tive uma experiência boa nesse hotel. O quarto tem ar condicionado mas funciona mal. Não gela a parte de cima do quarto onde tem camas também. Como estava muito quente nos dias que passamos lá, isso fez uma grande falta. Outro ponto foi a água do nosso quarto, faltava direto! Pelo que entendi eles desligam a bomba o que fazia faltar água Tínhamos que descer na recepção para pedir pra ligarem pra poder tomar um banho. "Incredible location, incredible dining and walkable to the port and everything else in Paraty. The bedroom area did not have a window if that's important to you. Staff was incredibly helpful, rush called me a taxi as I was late, I made it to my bus. The premises are impeccably maintained."
