"The location of the hotel is great. It is close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The biggest problem however, was that the hotel was poorly staffed. One person was expected to cook, serve, make coffees for all the guests. By the time a coffee was ready the meal was finished. This wasn't the fault of the employee but rather of how they managed their personnel. We had to ask for amenities such as soap, towels, an iron on a regular basis. Our room was not cleaned daily and there were...

"Great location and lovely host who was very helpful. "

"The hotel is in a very central location, with everything easily accessible on foot. There is no private parking, but public parking options are available nearby. The hotel is very new and stylishly designed, and the rooms are attractive and equipped with modern technology, including electric curtains. However, the rooms are quite small and feel a little cramped. The biggest downside was the poor sound insulation: noise from the hallway was particularly loud and clearly audible in the room, which...

"Nice quiet room with a terrace and good wifi. Just outside of the inner town so plenty of free on-street parking. Great breakfast buffet served from a rooftop terrace (see attached photo for view). Ten minute walk to the heart & "boardwalk" of the old town. Location a little outside is better because there are nearby less touristy and busy restaurants than you would find deeper in the inner town."

"La chambre est très propre, hôtel récent. Très bons services, ils pensent à tout, dont des parapluies au cas où. Très bon service de déjeuner à la chambre à l’heure entendue. On nous remet une liste de choix. La seule chose, les œufs sont payants. Pour les finis architecturaux de l’hôtel certaines choses sont bas de gamme comme le plancher flottant dans les airs communs et la chambre. Certains endroits, il y a déjà des marques d’usure. Mais l’hôtel boutique est bien et dans un quartier...

"The hotel is very dated, with poor quality curtains and blinds that don't close properly and the air conditioning did not work. The breakfast was terrible with basically cakes, cheap yoghurt pots, and some cooked food that had been sitting in a warmer for several hours. The photos on Expedia do not reflect the current condition of the property. We left after 1 night (of a 3 night stay) and moved elsewhere."

"The room was exceptionally clean Staff were amazing location was perfect view from the balcony was stunning . Shout out to the hotel duty manager as well as the house keeper . Definitely a 10 out of 10 ."

"Location was perfect! Beautiful views of the water! Great vibe at night with the sounds from the street. Definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"This was a lovely hotel, situated a bit up the hill. I loved the location, but it was truly the people who made this place so special. I have celiac disease and must be very careful about gluten and cross-contamination. I had checked with Grand Sarai in advance about breakfast, and they assured me they could accommodate my needs. They offered several gluten-free options, including yogurt, fruit, and gluten-free bread. But what really stood out was the personal attention. The gentleman showing...

"Just basic"

"The room was very beautiful and the bed was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and abundant. The hit tub on the terrace was superb and so was the view. The only thing is that this suite is on the top floor- almost 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. However George was kind enough to bring our luggage up. The location was excellent right by the big plaza and few steps to the marina and all the restaurants and shops nearby. We had a great time! Thanks to...
