"Good location in Phong Nha, walk to restaurants or use their bikes. The staff are wonderful and the breakfasts were excellent. The Villas are a little small but very clean and just off the street so you don't hear the traffic. Beds were comfortable and had a good sleep here. If ever back in Phong Nha we would stay here again."

"This property wasn’t in great condition. The pool needed some love, it had stains and had green algae growing on the metal fixtures. The paint was peeling off of the pool chairs and it didn’t look comfortable. The bedding wasn’t great, the bed was uncomfortably firm and the AC wasn’t working well. "The hotel staff responded immediately to every request in a very professional and helpful manner. Our arrival was delayed, and the hotel team organized a transfer from the night bus stop to the hotel in the middle of the night and provided us with a temporary room for the night. The hotel is situated in a beautiful landscape. The rooms were very clean and simply but nicely furnished. The hotel kitchen prepared very tasty meals. We were very satisfied with our stay."

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well.
