Fantastic place to stay with amazing views, staff and service. Also enjoyed the free bikes and being able to rent a motorbike and go on the cave tours. The staff made everything easy and were very kind!

Hung Nguyen was a great host and the property is very nice and well-known. The Staff is friendly and helpful and the food prepared on-site is good. Room was nice, clean, and the bathroom was also very good. I plan on visiting again and I will make it a point to stay at Karst Villas.

Beautiful hotel with spacious room and splendid views. Nice swimmingpool. Excellent food! staff is friendly. You can rent motorbikes cheap from the hotel. Close to caves and nice duckfarm.

This property is gorgeous, a hidden gem for sure. The staff are super friendly and so sweet. Our room and bed was very clean and Comfortable. The dining in house has amazing options, food was delicious. I highly recommend!!!

This place is a hidden germ, it’s located in a small street all the way inside. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is spacious and equipped with A/C in the hot Vietnam weather. Usually hotel food is a hit or miss but this place did not disappoint. All the food I ordered were delicious, plus breakfast is FREE, you just have to order what you want the night before. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Phong Nhà national park since it’s 4km away.

We stayed here for 2 nights and our stay was great. The receptionist was especially great and always went above and beyond whenever we would ask for things. For example, we asked to ride the bikes late in the evening and he went and got them and adjusted all the seats and made sure they all had lights on. When one didn’t, we had our own light that he went and got something to secure it to the bike. When we had to leave, it was quite early and we needed our clothes washed so he organised it to be washed dried and folded all before 7am! Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel staff responded immediately to every request in a very professional and helpful manner. Our arrival was delayed, and the hotel team organized a transfer from the night bus stop to the hotel in the middle of the night and provided us with a temporary room for the night. The hotel is situated in a beautiful landscape. The rooms were very clean and simply but nicely furnished. The hotel kitchen prepared very tasty meals. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Highlly reccomend this lovely villa

Newly built in August 2019. This is a remakably beautiful villa. The pool overlooks the caves and rice paddy fields. It's quiet and peaceful. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent.
