"When asking about getting transportation to/from the airport, be sure to have them write it down and explain clearly what they are charging, due to the fact that I was not charged the amount given initially. In other words, I was charged for having them go to the airport to pick me up, and charged for them taking me from the airport to the hotel (one trip the day I arrived), in total $1,500 MXN PESO (the two charges including a fee for using a card as payment). The hotel itself is great, surrounding area is a bit sketchy at night (but in the day it’s great), terrace is beautiful, can get a bit noisy due to the hotel being next the a busy avenue (some local shop kept blasting their music early in the morning), and recommend not using hotel transportation for not being transparent and way overpriced. "

"This was a very comfortable hotel with plenty of space in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well designed other than the placement of the faucet but hey... The neighborhood is wonderful, with many wonderful places nearby for coffee and meals. We avoided the Starbucks on the property because we'd rather support local businesses. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Chapultepec was walking distance, it was really quiet and peaceful I walk around but didn’t see many restaurants or stores near by"

"Definitely more dated than the photos. Rooms are also not fully clean - particularly the floors. Views were nice but windows do not limit the insane amount of street noise particularly honking horns and sirens. Location was great minus the intersection - access to Condesa and Roma Norte easily. "

"The reviews stated this hotel was in a good location. There was basically nothing around it. To get anywhere you have to cross an extremely busy street. There were no convenience stores nearby to purchase water or snacks. There was a vending machine outside hotel that was out of service the 5 days we were there. Apartment was fine. There was a lot of street noise but they provided earplugs & noise machine. Towels were very dated & rough, shower leaked, "
