This was a beautiful hotel. Located across from Chapultepec Park and central to the Zocalo and the Condesa neighborhood. Very safe, walking area. The hotel and rooms were very clean and roomy. Our beds were also very comfortable. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. From the front desk to the wait staff, Service was excellent.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Green Park Hotel! The location is unbeatable, extremely centric and accessible for Ubers to get there, We had an interior room so noise was not a problem at all despite the hotel being right next to a busy avenue; I don't know if that's the case with exterior rooms. Staff was amazing and kind, beds were very comfortable and the whole vibe was very elegant and lovely. We didn't get to try out any of the restaurants since we mostly ate out, but we did visit the bar and it was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Most of the staff was great.One of the staff member was horrible at the front desk but oscar martin felix and ricardo from the restaurant we're awesome. But I wish they had a refrigerator land a coffee machine in the room.Besides that, everything was great.

Had a great stay here while in Mexico City. Large comfortable room, styling is traditional but fits with the aesthetic. Staff was friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with luggage or any questions. Great choice if you want to be near Chapultepec Park.

The staff are extremely helpful...we loved the doorman Jose who was very helpful with anything we needed. Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds but had a weird glass see-through window between bedroom and bathroom....though it has a curtain-shade which can be closed in the bathroom. The bathroom had 3 level jet stream shower stall but if you closed the jet-stream and used only shower the water jet volume was weak. There was no iron or mini-fridge or coffee maker in the room The hotel is walking distance of a few minutes to the famous Chapultepec Park...though a little distant from down town area. Breakfast was good and had live pianist in the evening in the dining room area with awesome tunes

The hotel ese cute felt like I was staying in England! However, there was an odd scent in the hallways by the rooms. Almost like an antique/ old church smell. The staff was all very friendly and super helpful. The beds were a little stiff but overall a good stay and was in a good location.

The hotel was very beautiful, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. However, a few issues affected our stay. The room had no coffee maker, so I ordered coffee through room service from the restaurant, but unfortunately it arrived cold. In addition, the toilet wasn't working properly, and we had to call someone to come to the room and fix it. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff provided good service, but I believe you should address these issues to improve the guest experience.

The room needed to be cleaned a lot better. There was visible dust in every corner. The complimentary individual provided shampoos etc. had clearly been opened and used so I threw away. BEWARE- there is a window looking straight in from the sleeping quarters to the bathroom and vice versa with no privacy available. That was not disclosed in the description, so if you're staying with someone you will have a birds eye view of them in the bathroom while showering, etc. Absolutely not appropriate for non related (or even related) sharing depending on comfort level. On the positive side, the staff is extremely helpful, sweet and knowledgeable. The location isn't the most convenient walking for main attractions outside of some museums but it's next to a historic park with a charming and magical natural landscape.

There was a beautiful park out front of the hotel. They had two restaurants that were very nice. There is a convenience store around the corner and plenty of restaurants within a ten minute walk, but you’ll need to cross a large street.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect if are wanting to do the museums and monuments in the city center and it's also within easy walking distance of many quaint neighborhoods with lots of outdoor dining options. The property itself was very nice ams clean the staff very nice and we had free american breakfast very delicious) i didnt like that there wasn't many options to go eat around the hotel we were across from chapultepec park but the entrance was like a 7-10 min walking distance.
