We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly & accommodating and the property was very clean. While we did enjoy our stay, there were parts of the experience that we didn’t enjoy.
What a wonderful stay we had! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. Everything was spotless, the room was comfortable and the location was perfect. You can tell they really care about their guests. We loved our stay and would absolutely return.
Absolutely incredible stay in the heart of Condesa. Cholula Hotel is quiet, clean, spacious and relaxing. We especially loved our little patio, A/C unit, daily turndown service, unlimited Nespresso pods 😋 and helpful staff. Would absolutely stay again every time we're in Mexico City. Thank you!!
Great experience in the center of the most beautiful area of CDMX~ The hotel itself was clean and quiet, the stuff was very friendly and helpful~ They also provided some morning snacks which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend!

The property was clean, easy to get to, and in a great location. The staff were amazing, kind, and responsive. Our only complaint was that the AC didn’t work throughout our stay, which left the room very humid and made it difficult to sleep, even with the window open.
Highly recommend the Cholula Condesa Hotel by Lumina! We really enjoyed our stay; the property is modern, clean, and has a great atmosphere. The location in the heart of Condesa is perfect for exploring the neighborhood. Most importantly, the service was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they provided a huge service by storing our luggage for us while we were away on another trip. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Mexico City.

The staff is nice. As a new hotel they need to improve their overall communication but it is great
We arrived later in the evening and the night receptionist Uriel was very delightful and helpful. He got us settled in very quickly and was always helpful - as were the other desk receptionists. The rooms were nicely appointed, great comfortable beds, very clean. My traveling companion loved the architecture of the building and rooms (I don't notice these things). There is also a small cafe attached to the atrium of the hotel - we ate there a few times and enjoyed it. The location couldn't be better. We went out every night to find a great place to eat and it never failed. We loved staying in Condesa - very quiet, tranquil, leafy streets. Highly recommended!
We loved our stay at Cholula Condesa. The staff were so kind and helpful with our arrival. Took our bags in early and shared us the spa amenities before our check in. We thought we would have to come back to check in later in the day, but they were able to have the room ready for us hours early once we finished our spa session. It was so helpful for our very busy plans in the day. The location was perfect, just a block away from restaurants and shops of Condesa. We would love to stay here again!
We loved our stay! This is the perfect spot to wander around Mexico City and go to some great restaurants and cafes. The staff are lovely, it’s super clean and felt really safe.

Great boutique hotel in a hip section of Mexico City. The hotel is clean, secure, quaint, lovely courtyard with foliage. Highly recommend the neighborhood for single or couple (s). The neighborhood is safe, walkable, lots of cafes, restaurants , street life. The 24/7 staff at the hotel was excellent, the included breakfast was substantial and delicious, like home-made delicious. Things to know so you go in with eyes open: 1. There is no elevator. We were unlucky and had a room on the third floor. We’re 70 years old, healthy and in good shape, but after a day’s walking, not fun to climb the stairs. 2. We had a deluxe king room. The bed took up the entire room. It was a comfortable bed, but from the website pictures, I thought we’d have some space to breathe. Nope. I don’t know if the queen rooms are the same size, but if they are, take the queen bed! Bathroom sink area was tiny, but the shower was ample. 3. Walls were contractor white - not a single piece of art, not even cheap art, so the room had zero character.
Our stay was excellent. The hotel is small and very private, there are stairs which we didn’t mind but may be hard for someone with a disability. On our check in day we arrived early, too early for check in, but we were able to leave our luggage and go explore the city. It’s about 15 to 30 mins to Mexico City center depending on traffic. There is a lot to do in the area, many walkable places like Chapultepec. The hotel room is clean, and air conditioned. I would suggest extra trash cans as ours only had two. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Uriel offered suggestions on where to visit in the area and also how to get around using public transportation. The rooms are well stocked with towels and other necessities. I would 100% recommend staying here especially if you want to be away from the bustle of the City and noise.
Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.
I loved my stay at Cholula Condesa! The design of the hotel is gorgeous, rooms are clean and stocked with whatever you need, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as it’s walking distance from tons of great bars and restaurants but the immediate Cholula street is relatively quiet with little foot traffic. I hope to visit CDMX again and would love to return here.

Staff great, cleaners a bit disorganized & forgetful. One dug out trash out of my trash bin and left it on the dresser. Not understanding of that logic.

Lovely spacious room, super comfy bed, great location that felt very safe. However, the central staircase was very noisy and I imagine disruptive for all rooms. Our room, at the front of the building above the reception, was loud as the art deco windows are single pane so vehicles, even conversations on the street were very audible. Earplugs are a must.
New hotel! Rooms and property are beautiful. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I found the ability to communicate via WhatsApp very convenient for questions. Hotel is gated and has cameras - felt secure. Location is amazing - near restaurants and shops but also on a more quiet street. My only critique is for the bathroom. There's only one small window for ventilation - no fan. Our room got very humid - to the point that the sheets and our clothes felt damp. Dehumidier function on A/C did not help. I also would have liked a lock on the patio door. It's not necessary - but better for peace of mind. Other than that - great stay!
Everything about this hotel is adorable and amazing. The decor is amazing, beds and linens very comfortable, very very adorable. However, we stayed in the Aguacate room and it is next to the entrance. When we realized this during check in - we asked to be changed rooms and they didn’t allow us, even if there was several rooms open at the same rate. This is my one and only thing and that maybe in the description the should list this? Other than that 10/10- great value at a great hotel.
Loved my stay, it was short but sweet. I stayed in the Maguey room and loved it. Staff was very nice and helpful. Surrounding area was amazing for dining and great bookstore nearby, parks and restaurants! Will be back for sure!
