The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! The reception staff were really helpful and pleasant. I will definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay in the Polanco district.

The property is beautiful and the staff very welcoming and ready to help when needed. The breakfast area was quaint and nicely decorated . Breakfast was included it had coffee, freshly made jucies, pastries, cereals, yogurt and fruit. The location in Polanco was fabulous, within a short block to the park and tons of high quality restaurants.

A beautiful boutique hotel close to the museums and restaurants in the quiet location in Polanco. We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only one thing it could be improved is breakfast which was scarce and monotonous.

We had a great stay at Utopic in Polanco. The location was excellent, the hotel was comfortable, and the overall experience was very welcoming. A special thank you to Daniel and Ingrid, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive during our stay. They really made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I also want to recognize the security lady at the entrance. She was always kind, welcoming, and attentive whenever we came and went. Her warm attitude was a great reflection of the hospitality we experienced throughout the hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Utopic to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Polanco. We would happily come back on our next visit to Mexico City!

The place is nice and clean. A boutique hotel for sure. The staff is nice Yarani in the front was excellent. It was my wife’s bday and I requested rose pedals to be set up and they did it at no charge (thanks Daniel). They did our staff magnificent. It’s 16 rooms which is great. Easy access to ur room and ac and heater. The bathroom is big and comfortable. Very delighted
