"The spa had no steam room. It only had a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. You have to pay extra for all other spa facilities that are advertised. The room was crawling with ants and 1 big cockroach. "The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. The two issues I had was low water pressure and there is a lot of traffic noise. The walls were rather thin and you could here the people in the room next to you"
