"For a Taipei lived person, I think this is the best hotel if travelers drive to Taichung and enjoy the local Taichung style. Comfortable and convenient, excellent."

"This is easily the most beautiful hotel that I have personally stayed in in Taiwan. The art deco aesthetic is well-conceived and executed throughout the property. I am deeply impressed by its beauty, and staying here is an experience.
Our room was also quite large, larger than some of the other two-bed rooms I saw during our stay. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We stayed in room 802, and would request this room again if we were to stay there.
The issue is, once you've experienced...

"Nice and sweet staff; bus stop to various locations nearby;
building located inside the lane with quiet surrounding as just walk few minutes can reach the busy road with market and resturants."

"The hotel is right at an area with many shops opened even at night with many yougsters shopping and dining. It's also close to the night market. The room is small but with everything in need. The sun coming in the room from the balcony and windows is very pleasant.
Check in is automatic but there was a young staff in the reception and he helped us earnestly."

"The hotel is great. Nice people and in a good location if you like especially some night market walks. It's near to a large department store too which has a fantastic food court!"

"Pleased with my stay. I found it a bit difficult to communicate with reception due to the language barrier but they insisted on trying to help regardless and when the on duty receptionist didn’t understand, she was resourceful in asking her colleague.
I saw quite a few complaints about noise levels..I’m from a big city so maybe I’m just used to it but this didn’t seem any more or less sound proof than the average hotel in a busy urban area.
Thanks, Hommies :) "

"The room is exactly as described. Small snacks are provided free in the room if you're hungry. Transit is nearby, and the famous Fengchia market is about a 15min away. Recommend!"
