Check in took 1 hour as there's no check in desk, but you're supposed to contact an "agent" (some guy called Steven Gunawan) who asks you to deposit 500 ribu to his bank account in order to guide you through a treasure hunt to collect the keys of the room.
Once we got the keys, the water in the shower was cold (you need to switch on something, but of course you have to figure it out yourself),...

"Staying with family total 4 people. The rooms were clean. Our rooms with windows which were pretty good but they were very warm/hot when we got there. It took long to get comfortable room temperature.
The shuttle to airport departed on-time and the driver was very professional.

The hotel is very clean and modern with good amenities and the plus side is that there are food options within the precinct of the hotel in a mini mall area. The hotel location in terms of distance from airport and downtown should be weighed with your needs when visiting Jakarta"
"Booked for 3 nights, 2 bedrooms apartment, it’s actually 1 bedroom but they convert the living room for another room, so no living room/dining area. I love the facilities & security within the property - you only can access it with the access card, even to the outdoor pool, limited to 1 person, you could ask another 2 extra with the front desk. There’s a family mart at the lobby near the entrance of the pool, open up early till late, super convenient!
Wished the property management of this apartment provide the basics, like toilet paper, trash bin in the kitchen & propane tanks, dish soap, and tea towels. "
