"The property felt almost abandoned. No one at reception at any moment of our stay, the housekeeping staff let us in. No restaurant, no help to book airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com. Nipah beach is lovely, but this hotel is not as advertised."

"Great place to stay, keep in mind it’s across from the sand bar and jungle bar which can be loud until 12-3am. Luckily we were able to sleep through it but if you’re a light sleeper you may have trouble. Great location though, would stay again "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. L’hôtel est très propre avec plusieurs piscines donnant vue sur la plage à seulement quelques mètres. "Fairly over-priced for the room we got. our room was not clean, sheets had stains on them & doona covers left off the doonas which were also dirty. towels were stained as well. when we arrived the bathroom floor/walls/toilet was saturated with water so a little unpleasent to sleep there. however we were out all day so if you need a cheap place thats close to senggigi then this is satisfactory. otherwise the staff are lovely and very helpful."

"This is a beautiful, specious villa on Gili Air in a fantastic location. The villa itself is very comfortable with 4 x spacious bedrooms and 4 x en suite bathrooms. The pool is a great size and very clean. We had our breakfast included and it was simple but nice. The villa is very close to some of the best restaurants on Gili Air - Mama Pizza and Mowie’s. "Our stay in this hotel was just perfect, stuff very helpful, we were greeted by names. The food was tasty and the restaurant is locked direct on the beach with a beautiful sunset with happy hour cocktails. The breakfast is al cart and very special luck for example avocado bread and fresh juices. The hospitality was just amazing, I never had this before. I can strongly recommend this resort. "
