"The pools were great as always, restaurants good, and overall we had fun, but I was surprised with the poor condition of the rooms and general lack of cleanliness. Chairs and carpets stained, dirty dishes in the cupboard, everything just felt sticky, not wiped down. Bedding and towels were clean but for the price of the room, this is really not ok. In the hallway the same Cheerios were there all week and elevators, doors and windows were always dirty snd smudgy."
