Likes: Conveniently located for our needs. Ocean view room with nice firm King Bed. Beautiful views of city, skyscrapers and night scenes. Excellent breakfast with many food choices and eggs cooked to order. Dislikes: Can be a little noisy being close to major highway.

We had a really good experience! Friendly staff, very helpful and attentive!!! The food was great including the breakfast every morning!!! The rooms were clean and taken care of every day! We definitely will return!!! Thank You to all the staff there for an excellent job!!!

. After several hotels..this has become my favorite. From checkin to chechout the staffs are fabulous. Security is noticeable, bellmen are there to serve, checkin staff attentive , restaurante staff fast efficent, great buffet breakfast. The view, from High floor rooms, is gorgeous, outlet mall within walking and a mini mall around the area...overall a great stay, nice pool too.

The hotel was well located for the airport, had a lovely pool area, fantastic breakfast bar and outdoor seating area with excellent views. Our room also had a panoramic view of the city and was a great size with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff

Tarjetas de las toallas para piscina deben ser entregadas en el check in. La excusa no debe ser que algunos clientes no usan la piscina para no entregarla. Pañales usados, tirados en el área de la ducha de la piscina.

What I never like about the hotel, the bed in the room have bedbugs a they don’t clean the room every day. The ground was unclean the first day I book in an I have to keep telling them the bathroom need to clean. 2 woman was using the toilet an it was smelling. Never pls about this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Patilla. The newly refurbished rooms were clean and comfortable. Issues: There were no tissues in the bathroom. Only one hand towel. The Internet was slow and kept buffering. Overall, a pleasant stay and would go back again!
