"The room was clean. Staff were responsive although they need more training. The breakfast was redundant and not that great. Thankfully I could ask for fried eggs and that was helpful. Everyone was nice but it was moderate attentiveness to service delivery. I just think if the staff was trained on better customer service, the hotel could be awesome. But you pay for what you get. "

"We arrived early from our cruise. We got checked in before 10 A.M. no problem. We were just looking at storing our luggage but there was a room available and at no extra charge. The room was great and the staff at the pool area were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable with so many choices which came with the room. We also had lunch there and the prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious. We would certainly recommend the Riu Plaza to others looking for a place to stay."

"We had so much fun at the Paitilla Inn in the middle of Panama City. Our room had a great view. It was clean. Our free breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, Panamanian Coffee, fruit breads and huevos any way you want them. We enjoyed the bar and alitas several evenings. The staff was very helpful and helped us with Ubers and taxis. We’ll be back."

"This is a lovely hotel surrounded by nature and well located at the Pacific entrance of the Panama Canal. You can see the vessels in and out very close. Rooms are nice and spacious, breakfast is good. There is a TGI Fridays in the premises. Great experience."
