"Wir waren nur für eine Nacht aufgrund eines Transitfluges in Panama. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr angenehm war der Pool, in dem wir uns nach dem langen Flug entspannen konnten. Praktisch war der stündliche kostenlose Shuttle zum Flughafen."

"I love my experience at JW Marriott panama. The staff was so helpful and nice. The people was kind , great culture overall amazing. I would definitely visit here again. Amazing experience for me and my partner."

"The staff at the hotel was not accommodating at all. When advised on issues with the room, there was no response until we had to make a number of calls. The room was not cleaned properly causing us to have to call guest services repeatedly. There were delays in someone even answering the phone. The choices for breakfast were very limited and the food was cold. We will not visit this hotel again."

"Okay I knew i only did breakfast and not all inclusive but it took forever to get a drink by the pool, someone walked by maybe every 30 minutes. There's really not any activities or shows but met some friendly staff V from water aerobics and C (I think) from Karaoke. Only ordered lunch once but it was tasteless. My thermostat was broken and even after several comaints was not fixed properly so had sleep in socks was beyond freezing. Matenience made it hard to relax by the pool with the loudness...

"Beautiful room, French food at the restaurant was amaaaazing. Even had a violin player one night. Staff were super helpful. The rooftop wasn’t used much but you could tell the staff kept eyes on it. Perfect location for everything in Casco."
