The breakfast was lovely and the staff at breakfast were really friendly. Some of the front counter staff were nice. Rooms were small but nice.

Clean & friendly

Room was very clean & reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Dropped a star as parking outside while obtaining car park directions was not easy and reception boarded up for renovation

Nice location to enjoy Pamplona

On a motorcycle holiday with a friend. Pamplona is a great destination with fabulous Tapas bars. Hotel was nicely located but parking even for a motorbike was difficult. Some great Tapas bars in the area if you can find them. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable so just a typical tourist hotel. I would return but for the price a breakfast should be included.

Stayed here for one night only but hotel was clean and comfortable, good location. Room was spacious and comfortable. The front staff was kind to give us red bandanas for the fiestas of San Fermin and a map of where festivities were held. We stayed on the 6th floor, the only odd thing ( not a complaint) is that the elevator only made it to the 5th floor and you had to walk to the 6th floor. Otherwise, great hotel. Note: make sure you reserve parking in advance, which is conveniently located next to hotel.

Good location, easy to reach and parking available (15€ per day was very fair - Aug 24), nice service (in the few minutes the reception was open). Room very small, we were traveling with 2 suitcases and there were barely room to open them in full (apart from putting on the bed). As we only stayed one night it didn’t make sense to unpack everything. So it was quite uncomfortable, same as the bed which was very hard.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean but basic, with nowhere to put my luggage. I did not pay a lot for the room so that was to be expected. Breakfast and parking were not included and almost doubled the cost of the stay. But saying that you get what you pay for, and for a night in Pamplona it was good value.
