"Great staff but the room key wouldn’t work so for the first day anytime we went to the room we had to have someone help us get in. They said there would always be someone at the front desk and we had to wait 20 minutes one evening because nobody was there."

"A nice, luxury-feel stay, close to all the things we wanted to see. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.
