Christian’s presence, hustle, and attentiveness made every guest feel seen. The High Moon team was always welcoming and fun. And although I didn’t meet Joyce, Ryzle, or Diana in person, their daily housekeeping texts conveyed genuine care. These are the employees companies work hard to keep, people whose warmth and professionalism create the kind of memorable moments that encourage guests to stay longer, spend more, and recommend you. DISAPPOINTMENT: I initially perceived the hotel as a locally curated boutique experience, which added to the magic. But small factors, like music and difficulty reaching a local front desk staff member, revealed the chain structure. For example, when I asked to change the generic lobby music by the pool, the team explained that music is managed centrally. "There was no wifi in the rooms. We had to go out into the courtyard to make calls and use internet. We could not do work in our room so we had to go and get daily workspace. The door keys had to be constantly reformatted due to some fault with hotels key system. We had to go to office daily with our keys. These two things alone made the stay work instead of relaxing. Also there were bugs in the kitchen and the room carpet was gross under foot. "

The pool-area bar was a nice touch for cocktails and mocktails for the wife and kiddo. Friendly easy check in and out, free parking. Absolutely our go-to Palm Springs hotel."

"Was told there was no airport shuttle but saw one outside of hotel after arriving. Staff is very friendly and prompt to contact you or say hello. Rooms are dated and a bit dark, but clean and functional. Bed is very comfortable. Pool is also dated, but clean and towels were always available."
