I can only say that the owners are not interested in investing in this property to do any upgrades. We go every year. Its sad to see that it's degrading. Dirty carpets on the stairs, hallways, rooms. The Dunes Hotel
The location is perfect for walking to downtown, restaurants and other local sites. The pool is great. Large enough area for private sunning or chose to be social with other guests. Will most likely stay here again.
