"The problem is that when we arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms available and we were sent to another hotel, where they charged us extra for the night.
Now I can't even afford to pay for a hotel I didn't even stay at."

Comfy room with plenty of space for a family of three. It's about 15 minutes from the city centre but wasn't an issue as we had a car.

"I had an amazing stay – the facility was great, clean, very spacious and the hotel itself is in a brilliant location. I wish I could’ve stayed for breakfast but had no time.but what really made this stay great was “Lena Haustein ( very hospitable and friendly) and Marc Steir at reception, both these staff deserve a big raise. From the moment I arrived, Lena and Marc were genuinely welcoming and went out of their way to helped with landmarks and where else to be.
