Great place in the heart of the Altstadt! The reception clerk was very friendly and helpful, offering advice on different site seeing options and ways to make the best of our visit to Dresden. The Christmas Markets were very nice, especially the medieval-vibe of the Stahlhof market!

The staff was very nice and the hotel was in an amazing location and was very neat. Our door to the balcony was off the top hinge and would not close. This allowed a draft into the room and noise from outside. The bedding also had small stains.

This property is right in the middle of the reconstructed Neumarkt area. We received a free upgrade to a wonderful two bedroom flat with a terrace. Our visit was in mid-May when Dresden's charming Spring Market was taking place.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at Aparthotel Am Schloss. The location couldn’t be better — right across the street you’ll find a Vapiano, souvenir shops, ice cream places, cafés, and more. Truly unbeatable. The staff was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful, providing clear instructions and great local tips. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and everything was working perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and we slept peacefully every night. The bathroom was spotless and in great condition. Without a doubt, we would stay here again. Highly recommended!

What a great stay! The Staff Amazing, (Thanks Udo) for all the information and recommendations. We normally don’t do breakfast let alone a buffet but buffet at their sister property is a do not miss! Make sure you ask for Eggs Benedict wonderful. A washer in the unit was wonderful, let staff know and they will bring you a drying rack. Location is perfect, close to sites and a moderate walk from the HBF. You won’t be disappointed thanks Udo for a great stay.

20 years solid performance

The ever-expanding Aparthotels are still v. good and reasonably priced on my 5th stay. Staff are v. friendly, competent, responsive. Most important, longtime WiFi problems now seem (?) fixed. Keep up the good work.

Roomy apartments with kitchen facilities and a washing machine in every apartment. Great for a long distance travellers. Super friendly and funny guy works on reception. He speaks six languages and can recommend local dining options. Though it is right in the heart of the city the apartments are quiet and warm.
