"The room was big and beautiful and the staff were lovely. 2 things- the rooftop restaurant is very busy and everyone rides the guest elevator. If by chance the guest room hallway doors are left open, the restaurant guests can access your hotel door- which did not have an extra lock from the inside. I felt a little uneasy about this. The shower had black mould on the ceiling and in the grout. Maybe this is ok in Europe but not for me. Also no secure luggage storage. The bedding was lovely, the...

"The Hotel was very nice, tucked away just off, of one of the main corsi. An ideal location for all the sightseeing. The staff were very helpful. They arranged pickup from the airport, and as we arrived late Peppo, checked us in and showed us our room. I was okay with the breakfast, but If you want a large brekki maybe go elsewhere for breakfast. I would definitely go back if I get the chance. Fab little Hotel"

"The hotel is good but has no atmosphere the staff don’t go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. It’s just a job to them. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm."
