Gent.mo Paolo, desidero ringraziarla per essere stato nostro ospite e per avere apprezzato in generale i nostri servizi. Non so a che cosa si riferisce col termine "porre un po' più d'attenzione ai loro clienti" non credo lei abbia avuto qualche disagio o disservizio. In ogni caso accettiamo il consiglio e faremo,come sempre, del nostro meglio per rendere piacevole il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti.

Dear Guest, really sorry for your comment,but this is the first time we receive such complaints about our furniture that are everything but basic.We try to give you all the support we could and it was not our fault if you missed the flight and we immediately cancelled your transfert in order for you not to pay this as well. As far as the cleaning of the room we do it every day and it was just one day that you were inside and didn't allow the lady to clean it. We also gave you a nice bottle of sicilian wine as a present,that you really appreciated, since when possible,we like to let the guest feel as home. We were always there for all your needs and requests and you looked really happy to be there.This is why I'm really surprised about your comment.Regarding Breakfast,said that we are a B&B,we offer more than normally included,so I do not know where all this complaints come from.We had every morning fresh brioches,fresh cakes,biscuits,butter,yogurt,jam ,juices and everything you may need.Apart from free water,coffe and tea all day long,like any other B&B. sincerely yours Cinzia.
