"Difficult place to park in front of building to load and unload. We arrived before 3 pm and the room was ready but they wouldn’t let you check in or pay 30 euros. The TV wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it because maintenance people leave by 4 pm. Manager came to my room and verified and was kind to give us free breakfast."

"This is the best hotel out of 8 cities I visited during my Europe trip! Great and spacious room, with an incredible view overlooking Graz Hauptbanhof and the mountains, I love how the roof is actually decorated with pebbles, very relaxing. Julius is super friendly, communicative, helping, transparent, he helped me with local tips, distances, restaurants, and things to do, he deserves a raise. Great location, convenient for trips, I will stay here again definitely if I come to Graz. The only thing is that a previous guest(s) definitely smoked inside the room, the smell was incredibly strong, in the curtains, towels, and linens, but this is disrespectful from a guest, not the hotel. Great stay."

"The hotel was close to everything…the trains and the old town. Very walkable. The hotel itself was very beautiful and the staff were all so helpful and very kind. There are a lot of food options nearby and of course shopping in the old town area. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Thank you for everything! PS if you need a late night bite, eat at Dr. Falaflo, which is nearby. Sooooo good!!"
