"Palace Catania is an excellent place to stay. Our check-in experience was outstanding, largely due to the front desk attendant named Annalaura. Her professionalism, courteousness, and cheerfulness made the entire process pleasant and expedient. Fluent in English, she was more than happy to assist us in any way possible to make our stay a pleasant one. Additionally, the remaining staff, particularly in the breakfast service area, were also warm, friendly, and attentive - and the pastries were delicious too! Finally, the room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony view."

"Great location. 15 min walk from city centre. Near huge outdoor market that opens everyday to 1p. Breakfast was plentiful but everyday is same. Bathroom clean but Lighting is dim. Housekeeper keeps opening windows and mosquitoes came in"

"The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The shower was big, very big, and so easy to use. Wish every shower was like that . Terrific location."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is an "apartment" hotel in the sense there is no lobby and one has to check -in by 7:00 pm. The office personnel are very friendly and helped with parking and dinner reservations. Also had a wonderful dinner at DOBA the connected restaurant. Breakfast is at the cafe next door. Our suite was very large."

"Nicola was very helpful with everything. The unit was 3rd floor no elevator…older building; nice renovation . Modern high quality finishes and bathroom fixtures. Big comfortable size compared to London hotel rooms. Did not try the breakfast …. But many restaurant options nearby…Nicola gave us a great restaurant suggestion."

"A lovely continental breakfast with a choice of scrambled eggs and bacon too. A great range of breakfast food too. The kitchen staff are lovely and we had a fantastic dinner in their Michelin guide restaurant. Their selection of wines complements every dish. Our double standard room was a good size, with a modern bathroom. We stayed on the fourth floor with the roof windows as the only source of light. There were several bars nearby and it was a bit noisy at night, so ask for a room on the side. We arrived around 10pm as a group so checking us all into 3 rooms took a while, which wasn't ideal as we were all quite tired after a long journey. But I guess the receptionist did their best. "Had a great stay of 5 nights, really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The staff here is wonderful, very helpful. The location is perfect very close to city center and easy access to all major attractions and transit. The hotel itself is very beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast, drinks and time here at hotel and catania. "
