The hotel has a lovely character and a great location — close to the port and city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Trapani and taking the ferry to Favignana. Our room was comfortable and well kept, and the staff were always happy to offer recommendations and help with anything we needed. After two weeks of travelling throughout Sicily, we really appreciated the warm and personal service. We felt welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. Hotel San Michele was a wonderful part of our Sicilian trip, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Trapani."

Sometimes the refused to take us to our stop so it was a longer stop. That was frustrating. 2. The listing said washer and dryer. No dryer is available but the washer worked fine. 3. Water is not potable. Besides that we enjoyed our stay."
