"Due to flight cancellations, we checked in the morning of our check out date. We were still welcomed regardless and we were able to have our complimentary brekky and a decent lie down until it was time for us to move hotels. "
"This property is amazing. The staff is helpful, respectful and goes out of their way to help you. The room is huge, clean and full of amenities. The property is has an amazing view. Loved the included breakfast. This is a five-star review. One thing that I would suggest is if the guest leaves early and breakfast is not ready, they should have at least a sandwich and coffee, this would have made it a 6 out of 5 star property 👏. "We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P
The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time."

Gostamos de algumas comodidades como as toalhas de praia, o transfer de ida e volta para o aeroporto (pagamento a parte) e o bar da piscina.
