"The MO2 Lagoon hotel is a tired hotel that needs to be upgraded. The rooms need new towels and bedding. All the towels we had for the 4 nights we stayed were afraid and very thin with small holes on them. Some days we didn't get 1 towel and never got hand towels or face clothes. The doors into the rooms need a paint job. The pool needs a lot of maintenance done to it. The breakfast buffet is really bad. Go across the street to the sister hotel 100% better and cheaper. As for the management we where told we could get a hotel van to take us to the ferry terminal for 1000php and when I went to book it they said it was 1500php. The clerk said the lady told me the wrong price. I got an outside van to take us for 800 php. They nickel and dime you for everything. Will never recommend this hotel. Go across the street to there sister hotel cheaper and a lot better."
