"The location of the hotel is amazing but went in summer (July) with almost 40 degrees and they don’t have any air conditioner, just a fan which made me have the worst experience ever. All the time sweeting like crazy, impossible to sleep and rest with that terrible heat."

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Excellent communication for self check-in, immaculately clean room and many thoughtful touches - the citrus juicer allowed us to make our own orange juice, the double rain shower head was luxurious and the bathrobes and slippers were cozy. We felt pampered. The location is ideal for taking in the sights and shopping - Forn de Barri was our preferred bakery. We would stay there again and highly recommend to others."

Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is that the property, which sleeps up to 4 and was booked for our family of 3, was only set up for 2 persons - the sofa bed had no available bedding (although reception...

"Wir haben lediglich im Anschluss an unseren "Haupturlaub" eine Nacht im BO Hotel verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Palma, sodass die wichtigsten Anlaufstellen fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch die Bushaltestelle und der Taxistand befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen, da es als sehr hochwertiges á la Carte Frühstück...

"This was the perfect stay in Palma! A beautiful quiet street close to everything with incredible staff and very modern and comfortable rooms. I had a room overlooking the inner courtyard and it was perfect. The rooftop was a nice escape as well. The staff was 100/10. I cannot speak highly enough about everyone who worked the front desk. Amazing advice and impeccable service."

"Very happy. We had a terrace room - lovely - although it was too hot to use the terrace most of the time (July), Very helpful staff on front desk. Good air-conditioning in room. When we arrived I realised it was the square where we had had cocktails several times previously - for us it the perfect location, as in a main shopping area and lots of bars and restaurants around.
