"Great hotel with excellent location, right next to Old Town. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and breakfast had great options. The room was very clean and well maintained with high end finishes. Only issue is there was no iron or steamer provided so if you need to get your clothes ironed, you would need to use paid hotel service. Overall, an exceptional hotel that I would book again."

"Overall good. Decent room with a nice balcony, comfortable bed. The pillows were too high and hard for me but I managed to sort it out. There was a bit of dust on the bedside lamps and some marks on the bedside tables. The bathroom needs attention. Quite a lot of grime and limescale, mirror ledge needs renovating, shower heads were rattling as if they were about to fall apart. So the room ok, the bathroom not so much.
