Straight to what you are probably wanting to know. -AC is very good. August at 96F, no issues having the room cool quickly < 10 min from a dedicated split unit. -Breakfast was great with mix of greek and continental items. Best for couples looking for a quiet bed and breakfast experience deep within the Old Town. Boutique hotel with a modern touch in a historic area surrounded by quieter restaurants and cafes off the main tourist strip. The staff was friendly, helped coordinate our taxis and gave great beach recommendations based on the season. There is a laundromat and small grocery store <5 min walk and a short distance to Mandraki Harbor for boat tours. Never felt it was unsafe the entire time and would definatily come back.
