"localização ótima equipe boa mas em questão de estrutura deixa a desejar, mas quartos nao muito limpos, banheiro com cheiro de sujo, as vezes xixi, não tem box, sendo assim, molha o banheiro todo no banho e como nao da vazão tinha que tomar banho bombeando o ralo e usava 3 tapetes por dia e todo dia reclamava e todo dia tinha que pedir pano extra e cobram por tudo, só nao fui cobrada porque a culpa de usar tapetes extras não era minha, vidros e elevador sujos, uma pena pois é um hotel muito bem...

"Expedia provided an amazing picture of the room overlooking the ocean which I have yet to find in the entire hotel. The staff was amazing very accommodating and very courteous. The bathroom facilities were amazing. The shower is always had hot water and were of a good size. The towels were very rough and after complaining on our last night, we finally got amazingly soft towels. It’s too bad they waited till the last day we were there. We went to Brazil for an amazing vacation and to top it off...

"O quarto tem boas acomodações, porém, quero ressaltar a falta de um varal, mesmo que de chão para que as roupas pudessem secar ( visto que a Mários dos hóspedes vão a praia e precisam secar as roupas de banho) e itens de limpeza como pano de pia, pazinha e veja... Outro detalhe também e os itens de cozinha que são poucos."

"Deveria ter manta( cobertor, coberta) no quarto, pois só o lençol é muito pouco. Café da manhã ter coisas diferentes todos os dias."
