"The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off.
The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly.
Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best"

"Good location - easy walk to the loch and a restaurant next door.
Room felt a bit dated and shabby - there were no luggage racks, the window wouldn’t open, the main light didn’t work.
Staff were efficient and friendly.
Fine for one night.
Note: you need to put your room key in a wall slot to get electricity in the room."

"Overall our experience with the Glynhill hotel was pretty good.
Their staff were helpful, attentive and accommodating to requests asked of them.
We didn't book b&b as that was not suitable for our needs, so cannot comment on breakfast, however we did have an evening meal on three occasions and they were excellent, so I'm sure their breakfasts would also have been just as good.
It is advisable to book a table for dinning as they are very busy.
In short we had a very enjoyable stay at Glynhill...

"From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. The pool, sauna and steam room were...

"Check in & parking was easy, with plenty spaces (for a charge - cheaper at weekends), and the staff were lovely. The hotel seemed well staffed and busy with other guest, which is always a good sign. The rooms were lovely, clean and fresh with hand-soap and plenty of towels. We only stayed one night and the room was quiet, the bed and bedding was soft and comfortable and the air conditioning was a pleasant temp to be able to sleep. We will definitely consider this hotel to stay in again."

"Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom.
The mattress was very poor quality."
